"UPCOMING" CREATIVE BUILDING CLASS

 This workshop is designed to give children between the ages of 6 – 13 years, a beginning foundation in woodworking techniques. The class will allow students to build upon educational skill such as math, critical thinking, creative thinking, problem solving and etc.. Students will be predominantly using hand tools for safe construction with the exception of the battery powered hand drills and both manual and plug-in random orbital Festool sanders to make a variety of creative games,landscaping and gardening structures for recycling projects and create items through use of environmental materials and much MORE! 

All power tool preparation of materials will be done outside of class time to ensure safety of students. Tools used in class include: hammer, drill, screwdriver, pull and coping saws, ruler, tape measure, pliers, clamps, smoothing plane, sandpaper.
