A sport-focused, class dedicated to developing the skills associated with and specific to the "sport of the month" in a fun, encouraging, yet physically challenging environment at an affordable cost!

Each month, participants will be exposed to a new sport. They will learn the fundamental rules of play as well as practice the gross and fine motor movements utilized most in each sport.   

For instance, each month they may learn how to:

• Run a flex offense (basketball)
• Pass, set and spike (volleyball)
• Trap and strike (soccer)
• Run with ideal stride length (track & field)

All classes will be taught by qualified coaches who are licensed and/or certified and have extensive experience in their sport. 

This is a great opportunity for the beginner or the experienced athlete or simply anyone looking to get an overall "All In One" experience.

The classes will be co/ed, age group specific, and 60 minutes in length. All Classes start at 3pm on selected day per age group.

Pre K-2nd (TUESDAYS) 60 min. 3:00-4:00

4-6  years old 

Grades 3-8 (WEDNESDAYS) 60 min. 3:00-4:00

7-14 years old 

*$40 Monthly (1 ITEM)

 Additional family members $10 each. Max $40 registration fee per family.
